Eligible Products: We accept returns only for products purchased directly from our e-commerce. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Return Times: You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. After this period, unfortunately we will not be able to accept your request.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery. We also cannot accept returns for products purchased on promotion or at a discount.
