Cinzia and David, two young Procida natives, returned to Procida after ten years away from their beloved island with a clear entrepreneurial vision: to enhance the area's unique resources. The heart of their project is the Procida Lemon, a priceless plant unique in the world.
Breaking a lemon leaf, they discovered a surprisingly pleasant and delicate aroma. This extraordinary essence ignited the creative spark that led to the birth of Fogliolì, a bitter liqueur that captures and celebrates the authentic flavors of our wonderful region.
From this shared passion, AGRE was born, a young and ambitious company dedicated to enhancing the riches of Procida through the production of artisanal liqueurs. With a profound respect for tradition and a constant commitment to innovation, AGRE aims to bring a piece of Procida's magic to every bottle.
OUR WEALTH
The Procida Lemon, also known as the Bread Lemon, is a unique variety, prized for its distinctive characteristics. Medium to large in size and with a particularly thick rind, this lemon is distinguished by its intense aroma and abundance of essential oils that make it unmistakable. The leaves, also rich in precious essential oils and fragrances, are ideal for making the renowned Fogliolì, a product that further enhances the aromatic qualities of this exceptional plant.
